Technical Recommendations
1) ‘What happened to the introduction?’
On some of the DVDs the Introduction by Professor Janet Treasure cuts out after 30 seconds instead of lasting twelve minutes. We apologise if you have experienced this technical fault. 2) ‘Why won’t my DVD play?’
If you are experiencing a problem with playing the DVD, double check that you are playing the DVD on a DVD player, not a CD player. If the DVD still does not play, please contact us on [email protected]
